I get a cold about once a year, but we live with sinus’ problems all year long and have tissues in several rooms of our home. Drinking lots of fluids, and eating lots of oranges is our go to when we get sick.
They usually last a week, lots of fluid, OTC meds and tissue!
I get at least 1 or 2 colds every year. Daily naps help me feel better.
I get a cold about twice a year but they last awhile it seems. What helps me the most is to keep hydrated with hot tea and lots of rest.
I get a cold about twice a year and I use my steam shower to work it out of me.
I have had two colds this fall already. Doctor thinks I may have allergies! Have gone through boxes of tissues so I could really use this and much gentler on my nose. Thanks!
I get a cold a few times a year, I really haven’t found anything that helps me get over it quicker, not eve Zicam, which my siblings swear helps them. I do find that sipping on chicken broth with just noodles helps me feel a little better, and that taking it easy, and not going out unless absolutely needed, helps too, it also helps to not spread germs in my community.
I have had a cold for three months and have been buying tissues weekly!
