I use a pedometer app on my smartphone to make sure I walk a certain number of steps each day.
I currently have a Fitbit Flex I received as a gift and LOVE it. I would love to win this for my husband to help motivate him more to lose weight. It’s been a real struggle for him.
I have never used one. I want to try to one to help myself set fitness goals and to stay motivated.
I don’t have an activity tracker, but definitely could use one. I would love to keep track of my activity, I walk daily!
I have never used one,but would it help me track my dads health? How much he walks etc?
I do not have an activity tracker, but would love to have one. I have started eating healthier and this would help me in that effort. Good luck everyone.
