Who would have thought that my life would take me to some of the most amazing experiences in the world? Like this magic-filled Christopher Robin World Premiere in Los Angeles held on a Disney Studios lot.
The evening was filled with memorable opportunities to meet and greet the actors and actresses, take pictures withe them, talk to the people who write, produce and work with Disney. The pixie dust magic has been sprinkled all along the way of Red Carpet and beyond. As this is something that will be cherished within my heart for as long as I live.
Walking the RED CARPET was fun, as we had plenty of opportunities to take pictures and interact with the props.
We Are All Dressed Up And Ready to Hit the Red Carpet Party
All In Disneybounding Outfits for
CHRISTOPHER ROBIN World Premiere
You may ask what’s going on with the YELLOW in your dresses and shirts. Well, we committed to the Winnie-the-Pooh and bees and honey (or HUNNY as Pooh would say) Disneybounding dressup code.
What is Disneybounding?
For the hard-die fans of Disney, dressing up as a favorite character or wearing the colors of your favorite character found its way to be called as “DisneyBound” or “Disneybounding.”
Getting ready for the CHRISTOPHER ROBIN World Premiere, it was only natural to look for the outfits that are reminiscent of our favorite characters from the book. Yellow is a representative of the Winnie-the-Pooh and all things he really loves in his live – HONEY!
I also saw people who wore dresses and suits that were a definite indicator that they were Eeyore DisneyBound!
But YELLOW and its hues and ramifications were a dominant color.
I had a chance to meet and interview Ewan McGregor before the Red Carpet took place. The disposition and look at life for this actor earns him huge kudos for his kindness and soulful connection to the people he loves and works with.
Ewan McGregor on the Red Carpet was quite a thing to watch! The press got so wild asking him to pose for their pictures that at some moments it seemed it was too much to bear for a human being on the Red Carpet. But for Ewan McGregor – he was all charm and peace and amazing grace.
Hayley Atwell (Evelyn Robin in Christopher Robin movie) is witty and eloquent and graceful with everyone around her.
Bronte Carmichael who plays Christopher Robin’s daughter is wise little girl who has the view of life bigger than her biological age. Yet she is so down-to-earth! I’ll post my interview with her a bit later. But she did mention that her dress is for both Pooh and Piglet. So, she’s Pooh and Piglet DisneyBound! Both characters wore red in the movie: Pooh is dressed in his knitted short RED sweater; and Piglet is forever bound to his RED scarf.
The legendary Jim Cummings was on the Red Carpet with his ambiance of ease and sophistication. Love this actor! He lends his world-recognizable voice to the characters in this Disney movie: Pooh and Tigger. My interview with an unforgettable Jim Cummings is coming in a few days.
Brad Garrett, the voice of EEYORE, has been one of the most amazing guests on the Red Carpet. He was sharing his experience and excitement for the movie with us and introduced his family that was in attendance with him. And yes, Brad Garrett got the idea of Disneybounding by dressing up in grey and black colors for his EEYORE character.

One of the significant events that took was special dedication to the Sherman Brothers. Disney Studios dedicated the historic Orchestra Stage to the the Sherman Brothers, Richard and his late brother Robert. In that studio, many musical pieces for the Disney classic movies like MARY POPPINS, THE JUNGLE BOOK, WINNIE THE POOH were conducted and recorded.
There was a thousand things to do and enjoy before we watched CHRISTOPHER ROBIN World Premiere at the Disney Studios’ magic stage.
CHRISTOPHER ROBIN World Premiere
& A Thousand Photo Opportunities
I love Disney for their ability to tell a story. Where there’s a good story telling, there’s an infinite way to reach a person and their soul.
The Red Carpet party welcomed everyone with many jars of honey – cutely packaged into individual sticks of amber and golden honey varieties. POOH would DEVOUR every single one of them! Yummy!
I’ve got twelve pots of HONEY in my cupboard, and they’ve been calling to my TUMMY. – POOH
Be on the lookout for a Telephone Booth in the movie! One of the hilarious scenes happens right inside of it!
This bike is a prop reminding us about one of the scenes happening in the movie. It will be crucial to get from point A to point B. That is why this prop is here for the guests to take pictures with it and remember the importance of available transportation!

I loved your photos from the red carpet. It was such a fun time and was nice to spend time with you during the trip.
Drew,
Ditto!
Love my new connections and living in the moment… just like Ewan says (he he).
