I think we spend to much time worrying about how others see us.We should stop beating yourselves down and live our life in the best way that is right for us by our standard not by how other may precieve us.

I saw this video before. It is amazing the huge difference between how we see ourselves and how others see us. And ever since I saw this video I have been thinking on how I see my flaws: low eyes, crooked smile, crooked nose. I truly believe that we are our worst enemies.
It would be really hard to describe myself. Inner self; I’m happy 🙂 and at the same time I’m sad about the loss of my papa :(. I’m energetic and at the same time I’m exhausted. Outer self;: I think the most important thing is that I’m the light in my grand kids eyes and that is what I see when I look at myself through their eyes. In my eyes, I just see me, the same face I’ve been looking at for two generations. I don’t dwell on what I can’t change and work on the things I can. Gotta love anti-aging beauty products ;).
I’m just me. Happy go lucky and thankful for God, my family and friends and life.
I must say now that I no longer work that 3 day a week bookkeeping job I am a whole lot happier, and much more calm! According to my doctor my blood pressure is now that of a 15 year old gymnast (I am 62). Diabetes has done a job on my skin and I really have to do something about that-it is totally dried out and wrinkly-I have so far lost close to 60 lbs! All in all I am in a happy place–but could it be happier–probably, and I am working at getting there!
