Modern wheat is a “perfect, chronic poison.” As it “causes diabetes, inflammation, heart disease, high blood pressure.” Just because whole grains (wheat) causes less harm than white flour, it doesn’t mean it’s a good thing.
I was somewhat shocked to uncover one more piece of information that is not widely discussed or publicized for the public to know and be aware of.
For example, the current wheat that we consume on the regular basis is the plants that were “created by genetic research in the ‘60s and ‘70s.” In addition, this type of wheat contains a protein GLIADIN.
Gliadin is responsible for appetite stimulation in a human organism in such a way, that each person consumes 440 more calories per day than without Gliadin.
Dr. William Davis, the Cardiologist, is standing up to educate the public that we are consuming quite a different wheat than our mothers and grandmothers had in their diet! In addition, he is making a call for all wheat elimination from out diet (the wheat that is genetically modified in ‘60s and ‘70s).
Eliminate all grains – specifically high yield wheat – then you shall see not just improvement to your health. You shall see TRANSFORMATION.
On a personal note. I do my best to eliminate wheat and white flour out of my family’s diet. I simply don’t have any wheat products at home.
However, on the daily basis at our home, you will find foods that are not wheat-based. We use Quinoa, Sesami, Hemp grains to make our breakfasts, lunches, and dinners delicious.
Just one more insight into so many health issues that modern people are encountering with their health. And I am not talking here about being overweight and obese. I am pointing out the diseases that represent a significant pool of the Metabolic Chronic Diseases – Heart Disease, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Obesity to name the top four.
If you really want to see and feel Transformation in your life, do a test for a month – No Wheat products in your diet. You don’t need to prove it to anybody, but yourself that your life could change forever.
Watch a short interview with Dr. William Davis, the Cardiologist, who is a proponent for the Wheat Free Diet in our daily life. You will be inspired, may be.
