1. Snap your sleepy selfie! Take a picture of yourself telling us how sleep makes you feel based on the corresponding emotion in each entry period. There’s still plenty of time to enter for the chance to win, so follow the dates below to submit your selfie.
- Entry Period #3: Sadness – 6/7/15 (at 12:00 a.m. CT) – 6/18/15 (at 11:59:59 p.m. CT)
- Entry Period #4: Anger – 6/19/15 (at 12:00 a.m. CT) – 7/1/15 (at 11:59:59 p.m. CT)
- Entry Period #5: Joy – 7/2/15 (at 12:00 a.m. CT) – 7/21/15 (at 11:59:59 p.m. CT)

Not much helps me sleep but we do keep it as cool as possible in the room, comfortable sheets & my loving husband rubs my hands because they always hurt. I’ve heard that lavender is amazing for sleep & calming, so this would be great! I have Lupus & RA so I have pain 24/7 & have a very hard time sleeping especially in this Southern Utah hot weather! What helps me sleep good at night is not drinking caffeine before bed, a warm bath/shower, and listening to relaxing music.
I really never get a good nights rest either too hot or too cold and I have fibro really bad so it is hard to stay asleep when I do fall asleep

a fan is nice in the summer and I also love to listen to the rain hit the tin awnings outside my bedroom, very relaxing.
