When we live with chronic pain, the potentiality of life and a joy of living are decreased automatically. The mind is focused on that pain 24/7. As the result of such literally unhealthy focusing, we miss opportunities and time spent with loved ones. I am saying it based on own experience.

After giving birth to my baby, my lower back was a total wreck. Constant pain that would come and go and varying in its severity. My life changed. I stopped doing what I loved doing. I could barely walk. I could not exercise. The days became gloomy, and my outlook on life was matching that color pallet one-to-one.

Going through twice-a-day daily chiropractor sessions, then following with a month of intense acupuncture – wow, that regiment did not produce results. Somewhat relief, but then the pain was intensifying its grip again.

What I found out for myself, after a long-period of no-getting-anywhere was that simple stretching activities could truly bring me out of the ashes. Then, I discovered acuProducts by Dr. Michael Cohen. To each his own, as they say. But I would like to share my experience what worked and continue working for me.

As I am doing a ton of computer work from my sitting position, I have learned to plan my day and vary where my work on the computer is done.
