If you are like me, you hear about a bazillion weight loss products. With my blog, hardly a day goes by that I don’t get at least one company pitching me to “become our affiliate (or MLM distributor) and make tons of money selling our fantastic weight loss product.” Sounds too familiar?
My weight is not always what it should be, so I am always on the lookout for a safe, effective weight loss product. As you may know, I actually started my blog helping women lose weight while they were using s weight loss education program. But that company had no products. Just education. Yet, also like you, I felt I personally needed something extra to really help me lose weight. So, an effective weight loss product was always something I hoped I would find.
Many of you have also written me asking what weight loss products work, and which to stay away from. And frankly, after hearing from so many companies I lost count, I started to narrow it down to 2 or 3 products. Each of these have, by what they have on the label, ingredients that should make them good candidates to make weight loss real.
But, you know what, there is only one way to really know for sure. Try them out. But every body is different, so what may work for me, may not work as well for you. I decided I needed to do something about finding out what works for a lot of people, not just me. Sooooo, will you be willing to help me out?

And we can all learn from the experience of what works, what doesn’t, and what to avoid.
