My goal, especially leading up to my wedding in a couple months, is to not lose weight. It is to burn fat and gain more muscle. I don’t weigh a whole lot, but I have this mini-pudge around my stomach that I’m not quite fond of. I think my problem is motivation. I eat the right foods mostly, but not very active. My fiance tries his best to get me to go the gym with him, but sometimes, I’m just so un-motivated. Maybe winning this LifeTrak can help!
