Doodle a Droodle is a game that everyone in your family can enjoy on game night. It is a drawing game with a twist. Included in the game box are 108 droodle cards, one erasable white board, two erasable pens, a sand timer and an instruction booklet.
A droodle is a mix between a “doodle” (a sketch) and a riddle.
The droodle cards go in the middle of the white erase board and you then finish your drawing around, including that card as inspiration. It’s perfect for families, parties, homeschooling or even in the classroom. Being developed for 1 to 10 players and for ages 5 to 99, everyone can join in the silly fun.
I had the opportunity to play Doodle a Droodle with not only my son but his father as well. This was the perfect game for a fun, laid back family game night filled with lots of giggles. My 5-year-old son dominated at this game. It really allowed him to bring his imagination into play.
I personally would get completely stumped on an idea of what to draw from a droodle, and he would just come up with the most clever ideas. Being able to draw out and complete his vision in his mind on the board allowed him to really think outside the box. All of us had to think outside the box which made this game very entertaining. I’m sure everyone has played games similar to this, but this one is unique in its own.
A game that everyone can be involved in and enjoy is always a plus.
A lot of the time our younger children can feel left out of the group games because it is simply out of their skill level. Doodle a Droodle gives people of all ages, even your rambunctious 5-year-old, a chance to join in the fun.
Drawing out their sketch on a board really helps develop fine motor skills and develop their creative thinking. It never hurts to sharpen everyone’s sense of humor while you’re at it either!
Every home should have this game on hand and ready to play for a good time to be enjoyed by all.

Yes, It looks fun indeed. The timer makes it more interesting as you have to be quick.
I’m not good at drawing but as long as you can make something out of the initial drawing in the box, it is fine, I guess.
I don’t have kids. But it’s nice to know the things you can gift people who have kids. Nice post 🙂
