There were a couple items on the Ultra processed list that were a surprise. We try to avoid processed foods, but when in a hurry, which is more often than I like to admit, it is so easy to grab something convenient and not worry about the processing. Thank you for the information.
I do try to avoid processed foods. But, I admit it, I’m guilty of indulging myself on occasion. It definitely does catch up with you, though.
I always feel so awful after eating processed foods, I try to cut out, but with two jobs and three school / extra-curricular activity aged kids sometimes I have to cave. One of my goals for this year and on is to better organize my life to be able to enjoy health.

One of my goals is to avoid the center aisles of the store and buy more of the fresh fruits and vegetables that are available. I am looking forward to when our local farmers market reopens for more choices.
