Take their vitamins every day and when they start to show signs of sickness, we use a homeopathic tincture, homemade vapor rub and cool mist humidifiers! Nip it in the bud!

I make sure they take vitamins with extra vitamin C

I try to make sure my kids are getting enough sleep by sticking to a bedtime routine during the school year so they don’t get sick. I also pack their lunches so that they are getting the right foods to eat that are healthy.

I TRY to get my son to take vitamins, but he’s 17 now so he takes them if he feels like it! My daughter takes hers and Emergen C regularly!
We eat lots of healthy fruits and veggies!

At the start of the cold/flu Season, I send a TLC/Care pkg for my Grandkids w/OTC meds & “feel good” stuff like jello mix, soup mix, hot coco mx etc.
