Yummmy! I absolutely love having yogurt as a snack! Greek yogurt has a ton of protein in it and is still tasting delish! I have a couple of these in my fridge right now and they are just so good!!
Greek yogurt is so nutritious! Full of protein and good for your tummy bacteria (sounds yucky lol)! I always use it in place of sour cream in every recipe. My favorite brand is Fage 0% Greek Yogurt. Yum 🙂

For me they are going to have to start making vegan yogurt. I don’t do any dairy of any kind anymore. It would be lovely if they would do this.

I am probably the only person in the whole Universe who has never tired Greek Yogurt but I do like Yoplait regular Strawberry Yogurt. I am a huge texture eater so yogurt isn’t one of my favorites but if I would only try it I may even like it!
