The United Nation’s Every Woman Every Child movement focused on empowering and improving the lives of women and children, has connected moms throughout the world via invisible, yet so powerful social media channels.
Every day for 60 days, one prominent woman would give her prospective on the movement and her place in it.
Co-chairs Arianna Huffington, Jennifer Lopez, Lynda Lopez, Elizabeth Gore, and Sharon D’Agostino leed this 60-Day Journey to show the power of every woman in this life and age.
Ann Curry is one of my favorite women journalists who exudes confidence and compassion in any case she’s ever profiled to us on television. She is one of those women who is soft spoken, yet resilient to difficulties. I admire the work Ann Curry is doing in her high-profile career. She does make difference in the lives of people by softly and gently investigating and disclosing the facts of not so easy cases.
Here’s Ann Curry’s perspective on the role of a woman in our day and age.
These are the Questions Ann Curry covered in this short interview. What are your answers to them: to yourself? To the world around you?
1. What Type Of future do you wish for your children?
2. What is the best advice your mother ever gave to you?
3. How can moms in the U.S. support moms globally?
4. What advice would you give to another mom?

Since I am not a Mom I can’t intelligently answer the above questions. However, as a woman I can honestly say that all children should be taught by example to accept everyone no matter who or where they come from. I did re tweet and favorited (?) that tweet!
