  1. I am terrible an have no daily routine 😉 I try and do yoga twice a week and walk around the block at least 4 days a week though (outside playing with the kids as often as possible too-but cant really call that fitness 😀 )

  2. I’m trying to motivate myself more. This month, I did a squat challenge every day. It was succesful! Next month, I’m adding another exercise along with it,

  3. I don’t have a routine! I walk at work when I can but since I was moved for the rest of the summer, my walking has decreased. 🙁 I am trying (and most of the time doing ok with it) to eat healthier – more fruits and veggies, salads instead of carbs, etc.

  4. I don’t have an actual routine, but I stay busy. I play outside with the kids daily and swim almost every day.

  5. My daily routine for physical activity is walking 4 miles a day and hiking steep trails 2 days a week. Some things we can do to increase the quality of our life are eating clean, getting a lot of activity, and being proactive in knowing our numbers.

    I know in the am coffee, it appears reading between the lines. That some people would like videos on some physical activity. I know you mentioned it once to someone. That would be pretty neat. Finding videos so that people can incorporate some physical activity in their busy life.

  7. I love to walk after I do my AM Coffee. I think everyone should become move active this summer movement is one key to good health.

  8. I walk to work and sometimes walk home from there. It’s a seven mile walk when I do that. I love smelling the lilacs that the neighbors grow

  9. I take my workout inside to keep from overheating. Including running 4 miles on the treadmill and 2 miles on the bike

  10. My daily activity revolves around my son. I’m trying to be more involved and dance and jump and do things a 2 year old does…lol. I think spending time outdoors is a good way to make your summer days better.

  11. My hubby and I walk 1 mile every evening. It’s a great way to de-stress and spend time together.

  12. My routine varies, but I do little things like wear leg and arm weights while I do chores, leg lifts while I’m doing dishes, push ups against the counter while I wait for coffee to make, squats while I pull clothes in and out of the dryer. With a half hour of different exercises daily, those little extras really add up.
