Dunton’s own Chef Karlos Baca will curate the weekend’s culinary activities, incorporating his own passion for foraging for wild ingredients, Chef Loretta Oden’s knowledge of authentic Native American culinary traditions, Chef Jessica Sanchez’s farm-to-table expertise, and a selection of unique wine pairings from the assembled winemakers.
