Cloud Nine Egg Souffle
Eggs are packed with the nutrients that we all know are good for our well-being. Do you know eggs are a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins E, D, Beta-carotene, choline? And when it coms to eye health, grab an egg or make yourself a beautiful omelette! Lutein and Zeaxanthin in eggs are potent antioxidants that fight free radicals and play important role in the prevention of macular degeneration, the disease that hasn’t found the best cure yet.
It is pure fiction that eggs contribute to high cholesterol! When you include eggs in your balanced daily diet, your body would thank you for that.
Here’s a simple and quick recipe for an Egg Souffle. I make souffles during weekend and use them either with hearbal sides or add them to some pancakes and waffles. Anything you choose – go with a nice egg recipe, no matter how simple it is.
