I live in Ohio, our state flower is the carnation!
I’m from Alaska and the smell of spruce, rain and snow are the biggest triggers for me. I was always surrounded by peat moss and it’s earthy, comforting scent as well. Summers out on the boat were filled with the smell of salt water, seaweed and FISH!
Susan,
You live in a magical place! The smells of spruce and forest are some of my favorites.
Hello! wow amazing sounding candles! I am from MN and the scent? Well where I live it’s Pine. Lovely Pine and birch. And in winter? I’m not like most I guess, because in winter, it’s just CLEAN… a clean very fresh smell.. I love it.
Debra,
A clean fresh smell is only possible in real nature. I tried different “clean” smells, but never found the one to duplicate in Nature.
Mississippi state has its flower as magnolia. I am curious what these evocative soy candles have as a scent for each state. Really interesting.
In Utah, we enjoy a gorgeous Sego Lily. We still can come across this unique and very gentle flower. We should do more to protect these gorgeous plants from extinction.
Initially from Arkansas with the State plant of Apple Blossom.
Delaware, and our state flower is peach blossom.
Alaska, and our flower is forget-me-not. Would love to try these evocative candles!
California is my home state, The Golden state.
