Weight Loss
People say they want to lose weight. Even know they need to do it right away, and to get serious about it. But most either don’t start, do so half-heartedly, or stop doing it after making a bit of progress.
In my experience, those who make the most progress, and do it the fastest, are likely the first ones to quit trying…that was something I just didn’t understand back then. More than anything else, that conundrum is what put me on the path to creating The UnDiet Project.
