Bow To The Queen of the Moors – Maleficent Rules Our Hearts And Souls
Magnificent. Triumphant. Wholehearted. Opulent in both emotions, costumes and acting.
I had an opportunity to see Maleficent in the pre-screening last night. Oh, what an experience! Without spoiling too much for you, I’ll share some of the high points of the movie that appealed to me. Get your kids and family together for an amazing Movie Maleficent on May 30. Opens in all theatres!
Story telling is at its prime in Maleficent. Disney has done a fabulous job narrating through the whole movie. It is a subtlety that is barely noticed. At the end, I was a bit surprised who was behind the whole story telling.
Angelina Jolie has added the solidity to every scene, the Presence of the grandeur. She is the anchor and motivator of Good and Evil. She is easy to side with through every single moment of the movie. All because of her Presence as an Actress, a Mother, a Humanitarian.
This Queen of the Moors clip is one of my favorites. It depicts the dramas within Maleficent’s heart and soul and draws you closer to her personal story. Simply stunning.
Elle Fanning plays Aurora, a cursed child, who falls into steps of Sleeping Beauty. In a way, she reminds Maleficent of her own childhood and draws powerful connections between the two souls.
At the end, Aurora saves Maleficent’s heart. But what is more important, Aurora continues the tradition of Maleficent rule as a crowned Princess of Moors, that very place where the story began.
The magic of Disney invites us to live through the experiences on the screen, so we could better reflect our own lives and tribulations of our daily living. This is one of the most Epic movies done by Disney. I applaud them and the whole cast. BRAVO!

I see where they’re coming from.
The set up is very simple.
What is Fabulous about this version of Disney’s movie is that Sleeping Beauty wasn’t the center per se. The core message was the Personal Devastation and Coming Back to life of #Maleficent.
In my humble opinion, it was done with such care and artistic depiction that just for THAT I’d go and see this movie and show it to my kids.
It’s a reflection, thought, drawing on personal experiences and yet a channel to look forward to for light and becoming a Hero to yourself and to others.
2 Huge things come fuzed together: Merger in Persona & Merger in Societa! Without these two happening simultaneously, there’s no happiness as it is to experience for each of us.
VERY DEEP PREMISE AND EXQUISITE EXECUTION.
For THAT, I applaud the whole Disney Cast and Producers, Directors.
I have no doubt she’s what makes this film totally work. Looking forward to seeing it!

This is such a great movie. I have seen it twice and I want to see it again already, lol. I love the storyline and the acting. It is all perfect and a great movie for kids and families.
