Difference Between Skin Brightening and Lightening
Before I delve further into some of the best face washes and face washing techniques, let’s get clear on the definition of skin brightening.
In fact, skin brightening bears difference from skin whitening and skin lightening. Skin brightening does not change the activity of your melanocytes or how much melanin (skin and eye pigment) they produce.
Instead, skin brightening restores the natural glow of your skin and makes it more luminous and glowy. And such effect becomes possible thanks to exfoliation of the dead skin cells that form a protective barrier on the top of your epidermis. But without regular cleansing and exfoliation, the skin can easily become dull and unresponsive to all the performing ingredients in the skincare products you buy.
There is not denying a fact that brighter skin emerges during your regular use of an effective facial cleanser.
Which Skin Types Benefit From Using A Brightening Cleanser?
The answer is easy!
Normal skin, dry skin, oily skin, and sensitive skin can all reap magnificent benefits from the best brightening cleansers available in today’s skincare market.
Being a licensed medical esthetician, I would recommend any woman to schedule an exploratory session into her menopause skin with a dermatologist or an esthetician. These sessions allow a woman to learn about her skin, its needs, and the changes menopause brings. Besides, such one-on-one consultations would empower any woman with essential how-to’s for an efficacious skincare routine.
What To Look For In Brightening Face Cleansers?
There are some skin care ingredients and product types that are more hard working for your skin when it comes to removing dead skin cells.
Some of the best ingredients for dead cell exfoliation are Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs), Lipo-Hydroxy Acid (LHA). Using cleansers containing these acids has a powerful exfoliating effect.
Though there are so many types of acids, the most clinical research was done around glycolic, lactic, mandelic and salicylic acids. Hence it can explain why these acids are often used in skin care product formulation, hence more familiar to us.
To give you a quick run-down on each type of these acids, here are some of their features.
Cleansers With Alpha Hydroxy Acids
AHAs are acids derived mainly from fruit and berries and are water-soluble. The acid loosens the bonds that hold the dirt, dead cells and any microorganisms together on the surface of the skin. Getting rid of dead skin opens up the surface for new cellular development, making skin more receptive of other nutrients and performing ingredients.
As many alpha-hydroxy acids derive from fruit and berries, they are frequently called fruit acids. Here are a few you want to know about.
– Glycolic acid (from sugar cane) and is the strongest among all AHA acids. It has the smallest molecules that penetrate deeper into the skin and stimulate collagen production.
– Lactic acid (from corn sugars and dairy)
– Mandelic acid (from bitter almonds)
– Citric acid (from citrus fruits)
– Malic acid (from various berries and pitted fruits), and
– Tartaric acid (from grapes)
– Kojic acid (from fermentation of soy sauce, rice wine, Japanese sake)
Why Pick The A Method Cleanse Glycolic Gel
This beautiful skin cleanser has been formulated with gentle, yet effective retexturing effect on the skin. All skin types would benefit from this product. But those of you with blemish prone skin could really take advantage of it!
In my opinion, The A Method Cleanse Glycolic Gel clears excess oil and impurities without harshness of irritation. I really feel an astoundingly clean effect after I wash off the cleanser. Such a great way to know that my skin is all primed up for the next step of the skin care routine.
You can buy this glycolic cleansing gel to brighten your skin HERE.
Safety Tips to Remember When Using Alpha Hydroxy Acid Skin Products
Always educate yourself on the skin care active ingredients and skin care products with any new ingredient prior to their use to avoid any side effects. The more you know, the safer and more effective your skin care regimen will become.
Like with a retinol product, do begin with lower concentrations of the acid in the product. Once your skin adapts to the lower level, up the concentration in the next skin care product round.
It is a good idea to ask your dermatologist about possible interaction of ingredients within different skin products to avoid unnecessary skin irritation.
Beta Hydroxy Acid Benefits for Skin
BHAs are oil-soluble acids. And one of the best-known and widely used by the skin care professionals is Salicylic Acid. This acid is sourced from the willow tree bark, sweet birch bark or wintergreen leaves.
If a person is allergic to aspirin, she should not use products with Salicylic acid!
A beta-hydroxy acid has a milder effect on the skin, as it goes inside the follicles, melts the oil inside and allows it to be removed with dead cell exfoliation. Women with sensitive skin, acne prone skin, pimples and overreacting oil-glands could benefit from using skin cleansers with BHA.
So, to brighten your dull skin, choose a skincare product containing ingredients with natural exfoliating properties for a truly radiant skin.
Lipohydroxy Acid Benefits for Skin
One more fact of empowerment when you are building your perfecting skincare routine. Look for a brightening facial cleanser or skin brightening face wash containing a Lipohydroxy acid (LHA). This acid is a derivative of the Salicylic acid. However, the beautifying and brightening effects it brings to the skin are spectacular.
Lipohydroxy acid has a super slow penetration into the skin. This property results in an individual cell-by-cell exfoliation and is well tolerated even by the sensitive skin.
Clinical studies show that Lipohydroxy acid supports collagen and elastin production, and stimulates glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) that support the collagen and elastin proteins. This process is called a dermal thickening.1
Last but not least, lipohydroxy acid demonstrates comedolytic properties. In other words, it inhibits the formation of comedones (blackheads and whiteheads), the blemishes when oil and skin cells get trapped in the pore. This is a process of acne formation.

This gel cleanser is a superb first step in cleansing and purifying your skin. The dirt and impurities collected on the skin surface are removed while plant-based AHA, BHA, and LHA gently exfoliate by reaching deeper into the skin layers.
The fermented pear supports the skin with vitamins and natural antioxidants while hydrating and cleansing your skin. Even sensitive skin types will be left happy after each use of this unique cleansing formulation as it cleanses without stripping it off hydration. A brighter complexion is what you will be rewarded with.
Tranexamic Acid Unique Qualities
Though tranexamic acid is not part of AHA or BHA category, it is widely used in skin care cleansers and lotions thanks to its brightening abilities. There are not many skincare products with clean, non-toxic ingredient lists containing this acid. One of my favorite which my family uses regularly is Skin Perfecting Serum by The A Method HERE.
The 10% of tranexamic acid in this Skin Perfecting serum formulation effectively works on hyperpigmentation. A decrease in hyperpigmentation expression of the skin definitely adds to its brightness.
Besides, using The A Method tranexamic acid serum has a dual effect on the skin, contributing to effective exfoliation and decrease in dark spots. Along with the acids that work on the lessening of the skin pigmentation, your skin receives the exfoliation effects from the salicylic acid. In fact, this unique serum formulation boasts of a truly amazing ingredients: Alpha-Hydroxy acids (Phytic and Glycolic acids), Beta-Hydroxy acid (Salicylic acid), and Tranexamic acid.
As per clinical studies, phytic acid works much better when used in combination with glycolic acid. Phytic acid is used for lightening and exfoliation.
Here’s a full list of ingredients in The A Method Skin Perfecting Serum: Water, Tranexamic Acid, Sodium Trichoolracetate, Ethyl Alcohol, Phytic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Delta Lactone, Salicylic Acid.
Using A Double Cleansing Routine For Skin Brightening
If you are not familiar with a double cleansing skin routine, here’s your time to find out what it is. In a few sentences, it is a two-stage cleansing routine. First, you cleanse your face with an oil-based cleanser. Second, you follow with a water-based cleansing product.
The main purpose of such double cleansing is two-fold.
During an oil cleansing stage, your product works on the deeper levels of the epidermis, melting the oil and retrieving all the oily grime from the pores onto the skin’s surface.
The purpose of the water-based cleanser is to complete the elimination of the oil-based particles left on the facial surface and improve the immunity of your skin.
As an example, I use an oil cleansing aka double cleansing routine daily to remove day’s impurities and dust, excess oil, exfoliate dead skin cells from the surface of my face, neck and decollete. Such a skin cleansing prep allows my skin to absorb all the goodness of the performing ingredients in the products that follow after the cleansing stage.
Why Choose Vitabird C12 Daily-C Balancing Cleansing Balm
This amazing melt away sorbet is a perfect solution to any woman, especially those in menopause with dry skin, to revive their youthful skin complexion. Shop for your Vitabrid C12 cleansing balm .
I’ve used this skin cleanser as my first step in a double cleansing routine. Deep cleansing happens thanks to the many key elements that comprise the ingredient list of this cleansing balm.
No other simpler and better way to support your skin with these stellar ingredients! Get yourself acquainted with these ingredients used in skin care formulation.
– Centella Asiatica extract helps to strengthen the skin barrier, sooth irritated skin.
– Nelumbo Nucifera flower extract purifies the skin from dirt while soothing dry, irritated skin to brighten skin’s complexion.
– Myrciaria Dubia fruit extract or Camu Camu is a potent antioxidant to fight free radicals and support collagen production. In addition, Camu Camu skin benefits will surprise you in many ways. Read my detailed post.
– Prunus Mume fruit extract effectively removes impurities and provides moisture for clean and soft skin.
– Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) root extract is yet another anti-inflammatory component that supports anti-aging of your skin. The antioxidants found in turmeric revive your skin’s natural glow.
– Lavandula angustifolia or Lavender oil are superb to reduce inflammation and soothe the skin from irritation. It is also known for its anti fungal properties.
– Vitabrid CG is a proprietary form of pure vitamin C that continuously releases vitamin C over 12 hours to help provide antioxidant benefits and support collagen production for a brighter and more vibrant complexion.
Being aware of those women who love to wear eyelash extensions, this cleanser is gentle enough to maintain the integrity of the adhesive.
Research Result: According to Matsukaze, VITABRID C¹²’s Daily-C Balancing Cleansing Balm is “a product that does not reduce the strength of the adhesive used for eyelash extensions.”
Why Use GLOWOASIS Probiotics + Moringa Oil Cleansing Balm
You could add one more oil-based cleansing balm to your double-cleansing skin care routine. And I mean this beautifully formulated glowoasis Probiotics + Moringa Oil Makeupmelt Cleansing Balm. Check it out HERE.
You will find it easy to remove stubborn make-up and dirt buildup with this effective and gentle cleanser. Any skin type and sensitive skin would benefit from this skin product. Besides, vegan probiotics infused with microbiome-friendly formulations will protect your skin’s surface from unnecessary irritation. As a medical esthetician I vote this skin cleansing balm into a balanced skin regimen!
You will quickly get used to something so gentle and insanely effective like this glowoasis cleansing balm. The moringa seed oil plays a double role here. It is considered a good exfoliator, as well as an emollient. Those with acneic skin won’t experience clogged pores from mooring oil. In addition, it offers antiseptic and hydrating features for your skin.
Tip from Formulators: Women with DRY skin can use this makeupmelt cleanser as a detoxifying face mask! Leave a thin layer overnight to boost hydration and improve your skin’s natural defense qualities. This step repairs the damaged skin and visibly improves, conditions and heals it.
Water-Based Cleansers
When you choose a water-based cleanser, choose the one either for your double-cleansing routine or as a stand-alone cleansing product.
If your cleanser is for your second step in the oil cleansing phase, its function is to REMOVE the remaining oil particles and skin debris.
If you use a water-based cleanser as the only product to cleanse the skin, then choose from those formulations that offer your skin cleansing without stripping away a protective barrier. Rather your cleanser should provide an effective way to get rid of pathogenic microflora residing on the surface of your skin.
Let me give you a few examples of some of the best brightening cleansers that you could incorporate into your skincare routine.
GLOWOASIS Cloudcleanse Foam Cleanser
Here are some examples of skin care products that any skin type would appreciate! Be it dry or dehydrated skin, dull or sensitive skin, acne and blemish-prone skin, or the skin with uneven texture, you would love this pH balancing and pore-purifying cleanser.
If you are too familiar with the dryness after you wash away the last drop of skin cleanser, then you experience a “stripped skin” feeling. It means that the protective oils have been totally removed, exposing the skin to the outside world without any shield.
Your task is prevention in this case! Choose skin care products that gently and effectively remove impurities while providing a conditioning effect to the skin. This next cleanser does it all!
You can shop for your own Glowoasis Cloudcleanse foam cleanser HERE.
– Vegan probiotics protect and strengthen the skin microbiome
– Mandarin orange peel delivers vitamin C and vitamin E for a so-needed brightening effect
– Blue agave extract adds to skin elasticity
– Desert rose extract hydrates the deepest layers of skin epidermis
Without doubt, your menopause skin receives all the benefits it’s asking for.
How To Use Your Brightening Cleanser
When you are using any cleanser as your first step in your skincare regimen, apply a small amount – approximately a size of a pea drop – onto the finger tips.
Then foam the product between your finger tips and begin applying the formulation onto the face, neck and decollete in circular motion.
Glide your fingers several times around the face, then neck and decollete. Know and skin feel the beautiful work you do in that moment of time.
Finally, thoroughly rinse with tepid water.

I would love to brighten my complexion. This winter it is especially dull.
Wonderful article regarding different skin products. I am sure most of us are interested and need lots of help.
I am in menopause now so my skin is wonky.
hyperpigmentation, dark spots. tretinoin works best
My skin is super dry and it flakes and peels, which is super embarrassing. I need a good moisturizer that won’t leave me greasy after using it.
I have combination skin. I use cleansers and eye and face serums.
My skin is very dry right now but also breaking out. I have mature skin and it just seems unfair to deal with wrinkles and breakouts at the same time.
I am always looking for something to calm the redness and improve the texture of my face. I am looking for calming products that improve my tone. I enjoyed reading about the Glowoasis products.
I get some psoriasis, and I use serum to help.
Would love a moisturizer with sunscreen included!
Vicky,
There are some really quality, with non-toxic ingredients, SPF moisturizers.
But even if you do not see anything out there for your skin as one product, just use your favorite moisturizer and layer SPF lotion over it!
Simple, and it’s working protecting your skin.
I still get acne 1-2 times a month and also I have dry skin due to having my thyroid removed due to cancer. Now i’m going through chemo for two other cancers so my skin is a mess. I need something to moisturize my skin and help it look more youthful.
Leela,
Hydration by drinking water and a simple, yet effective cleansing and, then, moisturizing routine could truly support your skin.
Do talk to your dermatologist to figure out all these elements!
Do not give up!
After undergoing chemo then having surgical menopause my skin has changed a lot. I dont even know where to start.
Jennifer,
I hear you. It is especially frustrating when menopause has been induced onto your body before your normal biological processes.
However, do not give up!
The best way to begin the process is to at least have a session with a dermatologist to explore the possibilities and options to maintain a healthy skin. With a knowledgeable derm doctor, you can learn a ton and gain confidence in your next steps towards healthy and glowy skin.
Again, if you have super dry skin, you need to take a wholistic approach that will take into consideration more than just skin care products.
Being a licensed esthetician, I see a lot of women who have concerns about their skin being dry and wrinkly and easily damaged. After having a conversation with them, you may be surprised but one of the key lacking in women’s daily life is Hydration. Just drinking good, clean water would do a lot to he skin’s health.
The next crucial step is to know how to cleanse your skin daily. With that comes exfoliation and getting rid of the dead skin cells that cover the new, young skin cells that are more powerful and intuitive to the active ingredients in your lotions and potions.
And only after that we begin a conversation of the moisturizers, toners, serums, etc.
Again, do not give up and do see a dermatologist who could really help you to figure out a beginning point to care for your beautiful skin.
So much great info in this! I think my main skin concern is just having healthy skin with the least amount of effort LOL!
Maria,
Glad you find the post and information useful and, hopefully, helpful for what you do for your own skin benefits.
And when it comes to an effort, we at least have to wash our skin!
Thank you for the article, it’s downright confusing using all the face products offered these days. My problem is what to use and when. Should I use the glycolic acid face wash every day along with retinol along with vit C serum, etc etc.
Shell,
You are a sounding board for many women.
What you need to really have as a must-have in your routine is a quality cleanser, moisturizer and SPF lotions.
What you need to be aware of is your skin needs and choose the other products that specifically target such needs: like hyperpigmentation, dryness or oiliness, saggy skin, pale skin, wrinkles and so on.
The best way, of course, is to consult your dermatologist or esthetician and see what they say. But having at least a shy knowledge of skin ingredients and what they do for your skin would help, too!

Between menopause and my cancer meds, my skin needs a lot of help. These products look interesting and I would love to try them. By
Chris,
Every product listed in the post is non-toxic to women who are going through chemo. Of course you need to check with your doctor just to ensure that your chemo and any drugs you take do not clash with the products you use for skin care.
My skin used to be really dry and has lately become oily. I’d like to experiment with new products that can help this issue.
Kasi,
Do keep in mind that depending on the product and its formulation, your skin generates a response.
Like in the case of a dehydrated skin. From feeling dry, the skin can begin feel oily, when the oil glands are super overworked, as your glands produce sebum to cover and protect skin’s surface. And they generate oil in excess of your skin’s need.
But the skin can remain dehydrated.
Make sure you drink water and create an optimal skin care routine with toning and moisturizing of your skin.
My skin concern is dry skin. I would like to include serums in my daily routine.
Tracy,
Do make sure that your skin is a dry skin type and not just dehydrated! Because dehydrated skin can be remedied by consuming more water and adding moisturizers to your skin care routine.
I have very dry itchy skin. I would love any product that would get rid of the itch
Robin,
Thank you for sharing your skin’s concerns.
Without looking closer, it’s impossible to say why your skin is itchy.
It could be dry skin or dehydration.
It could be ingredients in your skin care irritating your skin.
It could be that your skin is void of beneficial flora that protects it from irritation.
I would recommend to see a dermatologist or an esthetician to figure out your skin’s concerns. The sooner, the better off you’ll be and your skin.
I am 41 and I have a couple of sun spots started on my face. I also have signs of aging. I’d love to try the Skin Perfecting serum.
Amber,
Prior to any serum, lotion, moisturizer, do create a cleansing and exfoliating routine.
Your hyperpigmentation aka dark spots could really be lightened with the proper cleansing techniques.
I’ve tried it with my skin and my clients’ skin.
Skin Perfecting serum is a powerful product to use on the skin!
I have dry but sensitive skin so need to be careful of products so that I don’t have reactions to ingredients.
Maria,
Yes, with sensitive and dry skin you gotta be super careful what you try, test and use.
I do hope that glowoasis skincare could be gentle for your skin regimen.
My main concern with my skin is a good moisturizer and these products sound so amazing and I would love to try them.
Heather,
Moisturizing is super important for skin’s health and long service to you aka anti-aging.
Cleansing is the pre-requisite step that must be fulfilled properly and with right products to prepare your skin for the intake and absorption of the active ingredients in your skin care products that follow.
Good luck in this amazing giveaway to win both cleansers and a toner from glowoasis.
how to moisturize
My biggest skin care concern is aging. I need to find a good moisturizer. I also like using an exfoliator to remove the dead skin cells and rejuvenate my skin.
Susan,
Great to hear your ideas for keeping your skin young and healthy.
Yes, exfoliation is one of the most basic and crucial ways to begin your anti-aging skin process.
Ensure that your skin care products are non-toxic and free of damaging ingredients.
Thank you for giving this feedback!
My biggest skin care concern is aging with sun damage. I feel like I need to find a good moisturizer to help with these two problems.
Kelly,
As a licensed medical esthetician, after examining my client’s skin, the majority of them do have sun damage, i.e., hyperpigmentation. The difference is in the extent of such damage.
Without an overall skin evaluation, it’s unfair to lay out a recipe for dealing with dark spots.
However, what really could help your skin to begin your journey in lightening the hyperpigmentation is knowledgeable, gentle exfoliation during the cleansing stage of your daily skin care routine.
Depending on the skin condition and skin type, I advise my clients to use either a double-cleansing routine with exfoliation technique, or one-cleanser cleansing routine.
Giving my clients regular feedback and adjusting their daily skin care experience when needed, the results are powerful, beautiful and satisfying to each person.
Yes, moisturizer does help to “revive” skin layers, and can be a powerful protection against TEWL, trans-epidermal water loss. However, you need more than that.
Would be awesome if you could have an exploratory session with your local dermatologist or esthetician. You will learn a lot about your skin and will make more informed decisions about your routine, products and modalities you need to bring your skin’s vitality to a healthy glow.
Hugs and thank you for being in my audience.
I had no idea your skin could change so much during menopause. This is a really helpful article that I have saved for the future, as I know I want to take care of my skin.
Jupiter,
You can establish a habit of regular skin care now without postponing it for the future.
Your focus on keeping your skin healthy and beautiful will yield some transformational results as you progress in your biological age. But your skin on your face, neck, decollate, hands will tell a different story. A story of youth and consistent care of your skin.
I have dry and dull skin. I want something that hydrates and helps my skin look more fresh and healthy
Monique,
Every single product listed in the post has the hydrating qualities. What is more, the cleansers have the ability to repair the protective layer of your epidermis! Super amazing cleansers I have curated for you, GALS, this time.
Good luck with giveaway, and better yet, invest into any of these cleansers! They are affordable and oh, so effective.
That’s a very detailed and helpful post. You have covered so much I didn’t know about before
Khushboo,
So glad to hear that you have learned from the post!
There’s so much information out there about skin care and skin care products that it is challenging to keep up with it.
So, I choose to offer the information that is critical to your knowledge and that could support you in making your wise and educated decisions in your skin’s care and well-being.
I have terrible dark circles around my eyes and uneven color. Glowoasis pH-balancing foam cleanser sounds amazing and I like foam cleaners the best.
Kim,
The glowoasis foam cleanser is beautiful and you definitely benefit from using it.
For the dark circles around your eyes, we need to explore the reasons behind them happening. It could be many and different.
The top of the head is SLEEP. Do you have an adequate sleep, like 7-8 hours?
Second is an individual propensity to have a thinner skin in the eye area. And with age, the skin becomes even thinner, hence showing off all the blood vessels under it. I have been like this since childhood, so there’s nothing you can do to change it biologically. But cosmetically, you can use amazing make-up products. E.g., Blemish Camouflage by August + Monroe (affil.) ==> https://fave.co/3KCf70e
Focus on the goodness of your skin and your innate ability to use skin care and make-up artfully. Hugs!
This post has so much useful information especially since I am in my 40s. Thank you for this and I will be saving this for sure x
Melanie,
Enjoy your skin care routine and add a good product you’ll enjoy using that is effective and non-toxic as well!
Getting older with these wrinkles and fine lines. Hydration is important and well as leaving my face feeling and looking soft, healthy and “younger”.
Stacey,
So great to hear that you are taking an extra step to hydrate your skin! Keep going, GRL!

I can definitely relate to this. We went to Mexico last summer, and I was appalled at how my skin looked after getting some sun. I will have to give these products a try.
Marysa,
Also, do use SPF creams, lotions with at least 30SPF for a regular day use and higher SPF (40, 45) for your day in the sun!
The skin will thank you later in life.
From my personal experience: In my 20s I spent 6 months on the beach without any SPF use. And the hyperpigmentation spots covered my entire shoulders, back of the neck, and the face.
I got so scared, I discontinued my on-purpose sunbathing and began my first ever conscious journey into protecting my skin.
I got rid of the most of the dark spots on my shoulders, neck and face. Now, I do protect my skin and do not lie in the sun either!
With so many products in the market it’s so hard to select the right one. I love reviews like this… Thanks!
Nadalie,
You are quite right. It is impossible to differentiate which product is better and why.
What I am trying to do here is to give you, GRLS, a perspective on different ingredients, skin care routines, and things that could really change your attention and care for your own skin.
I am a licensed medical esthetician who loves only non-toxic skin care products and safe modalities.
Ask questions, if you have any. I’ll get back with my answers!
Great information. I didn’t know any of this but will be passing this on to my mom! Thank you so much for sharing.
Tammy,
The more learn a bout the ingredients and use the non-toxic skin products, the healthier, younger skin is your reward, no matter the age.
Thank you for all of your tips. I must admit I don’t really know a huge amount about skincare types, so this is really interesting.
It’s too much to know about everything in entirety. I am passionate about skin health, hence I offer insights from my personal knowledge, experience and research.
I had no idea that it requires extra special care but would definitely look into this. I think the one that I am using has AHA already but would love to try this one from A Method. Thank you for sharing.
You are welcome, Clarice!
Watch out the ingredients in your skin care products. What I see in majority of cases is that along with great ingredients, companies mix in some really junk ones that dry the skin and even may stay in your bodily tissues for many days, months, years.
Learn about ingredients and make your wise choices when buying any product for personal use and family.
I just realized that the global anti-aging industry is larger than ever. Great products here!
Beth,
Of course it’s a huge thing of the market share, if that’s what you mean.
But the key here is to learn and know how to navigate to really bring the best for your skin well-being.
Watch the Ingredients List for each product you buy!
Know your ingredients!
Know your skin’s needs!
And you shall become your own connoisseur of how to keep your skin happy and young.
My aunt is going through menopause so she will be interested to read this. The ingredients used are a real eye-opener for me, I never knew them before reading.
Lisa,
The more you know about the ingredients that make a difference and different work in and on your skin, the better off your skin health will be.
Thank you for reading and happy skin day!
