I don’t have a food recipe but I do have something from Yellowstone Bees that is really easy for 4-12 year-olds to make on their own.
Essential Oil Spray for Kids Healthy Recipe
All you need:
2 spray bottles, 2 or 4 oz
purified water (use cooled water from the fridge)
essential oils (your choice of Lavender or Peppermint; health food stores carry them)
If Lavender is your choice:
• Has calming effect
• Disinfects skin
If Peppermint is your choice:
• Antibacterial
• Antifungul
• Helps with nausea
• Eases headaches
Preparation:
Buy some small spray bottles.
Fill with purified water from your fridge.
Put 1-2 droppers of your favorite essential oils like Lavender or Peppermint.
Shake and spray!
Or wrap them up and give as a gift to someone you love.
