Aromatherapy in the Bottle With Essential Oil Spray for Kids

I don’t have a food recipe but I do have something from Yellowstone Bees that is really easy for 4-12 year-olds to make on their own.

Essential Oil Spray for Kids Healthy Recipe

All you need:
2 spray bottles, 2 or 4 oz
purified water (use cooled water from the fridge)
essential oils (your choice of Lavender or Peppermint; health food stores carry them)

If Lavender is your choice:

• Has calming effect
• Disinfects skin

If Peppermint is your choice:

• Antibacterial
• Antifungul
• Helps with nausea
• Eases headaches

Preparation:
Buy some small spray bottles.
Fill with purified water from your fridge.
Put 1-2 droppers of your favorite essential oils like Lavender or Peppermint.
Shake and spray!
Or wrap them up and give as a gift to someone you love.

Check out my interview many years ago with the founder of Yellowstone Bees Kim Lewis. This is her DIY essential oil recipe for children.
