Apple cider vinegar has some amazing benefits, we keep it in our house and it’s always the one I turn to when I need vinegar for a recipe. It can be great to add to a hair treatment, too! Really healthy in comparison with regular white vinegar. I had NEVER thought of infusing it with flavors though! That’s awesome, thanks!

In the Philippines we have a dish called Adobo and it combines soysauce and vinegar. A friend did her recipe with Apple Cider Vinegar and it tasted so good.

Yes! Vinegar is definitely full of benefits. It’s also a struggle because your body goes through so much of what you don’t like before anything good starts to happen but when it finally does, it’s great!

I have heard this is good for heart burn.. I tried it and it did not help me.. I have done allot of research on it and it is supposed to really good for you.
I think there was a diet that used apple cider vinegar ages ago–if memory serves-it worked. Actually I was “trained” from a young age not to use salad dressings of any kind on my salad and I still mostly don’t. Some of the ideas for pickling other veggies sounds like a great idea.
