Bladder leakage or incontinence is not the subject that is easy to talk about. It is a very private and well-concealed matter, unless we are at a doctor’s office. For many of us, especially after a birth of a child, bladder leakage becomes part of our lives. Strenuous exercise, cough, sneeze, and even laughter could produce either an imminent urinary urgency or bladder leakage instantaneously. It could be embarrassing, inconvenient, and disappointing that nothing really works to get our bladder to the state where it was many years ago.

What happens in our bodies is the muscles of the pelvic floor become weak, thus unable to perform their previous job of supporting the urinary function. That’s where all the leaks are coming from!
Here are some general symptoms of urinary incontinence as it is noted by Everyday Health:
• Leakage of urine
• Frequent urinary tract adder infections
• Bed-wetting or leaking urine in your sleep
• Increased rate of urination
• Leakage during sneeze or cough
Studies showed that Electric Stimulation of the Pelvic Floor Muscle has a significant positive effect on improving its strength.
By improving pelvic floor muscles, anybody with urinary incontinence would enjoy a leak-free life. APEX is a continence device that applies stimulation to the pelvic floor muscles and surrounding muscles.
Using the data from the clinical study that was conducted on the InTone device – 46.4% of patients were using one or fewer pads per day. APEX is based off the same technology. That is something not to sneeze about!
Watch this video that details the use of APEX device.
APEX has been designed to gently stimulate the pelvic floor muscles to restore its strength, thus ability to control bladder leakage. With regular use of APEX, the improvement is seen only after a few weeks.
If you are interested in trying APEX out, here’s a $35 OFF with Code MBLG15.
Ignore NOT the symptoms of bladder leakage that can easily worsen with time and age. By strengthening your pelvic floor muscles, many of us could live a happier life, more active life and be free of pads. Yes, they are embarrassing and inconvenient and cost money every single month. Imagine what you could do with all that money saved and feeling strong again to exercise and dance and run and laugh your heart out!
More information on APEX can be found here. And feel free to use the courtesy discount code MBLG15 to get $35 OFF.
I am fortunate to work with such reputable companies like InControl Medical to spread awareness of different conditions like incontinence. Thanks to products like APEX, women are able to improve their well-being.

I haven’t heard of this sort of device before. I think this is great for so many of us mamas!
I haven’t heard of this company, however I’ll be looking into thisire, since I’ve had trouble since after the birth of my five children.
This sounds like a great product. I know that I’ve had minor issues since I had kids.
I do not have this problem but it’s good to know there is help out there. I didn’t know this device existed.
This is an interesting device. I think my grandmother will find this very useful.
Mom suffers from LBL. I will check into this for her.

There is so much awareness about this issue at the moment. Now I know why they tell you to exercise your pelvic floor when pregnant!
I am young and experience a bit of bladder leakage which is very annoying for me but I was taught how to work on my pelvis muscles so so far so good and no issues but this apex sounds like a great try
I have not heard of this product before. This would be great for women who have bladder leakage.
Bladder leaks can really limit your movement or put you in an uncomfortable situation. It’s great that there’s a product that helps strengthen the muscles to avoid them.
oh man.. yet another thing to worry about post pregnancy. i wonder if it also helps you get tighter down there for sex. is it kind of like doing kegels? 😛
Esther,
Yes, many of us go through the post-pregnancy low-tone muscles that support the bladder and the surrounding organs.
The APEX is even better than kegel, as the kegel exercises are done incorrectly more often than not.
With APEX application, all is precise.
I read the clinical study of the InTone device on which APEX is based on. Really incredible results.
I talked to the company, and they use the word “get rid of bladder leakage forever!” After a consistent usage daily for a few months, the muscle tone would improve and the pads would be kissed good-bye!
Interesting invention. I figure it’s definitely worth a try by those that really have an issue with incontinence.
I didn’t even know that this even existed. I’m glad that with all the technology and knowledge companies are able to provide this to people who need it!
I never heard of anything like this before. It’s interesting.
I think that this is a great product for those with bladder leakage issues. While I’m not there yet, I did look at the information on it because I was curious. I like that they designed a way to help strengthen the muscles and improve your overall control rather than just put a bandaid (or pad) on the problem.
Hum-wonder why this product isn’t advertised more. It certainly sounds like an ideal solution especially for younger people. Of course us oldies could use a bit of help also!
that’s cool, whatever works, i say!
Not heard of it. Interesting idea for people.
That is interesting, I have never heard of APEX before. It does make sense that it would help!
Wow! That is really amazing! This is a great item/brand I’ve ever seen. I’ll check it out to find out more. Thank you.
It’s so true that those muscles can be strengthened. Incontinence is a common problem, but there is help out there!
Nice one especially for people who are getting older. Nice that they thought and was able to develop a product for something like this. Thank god for technology, huh?! Will keep this product in mind.
I don’t have leakage issues, but there is a whole group of moms in my zumba class who do & there is always a collective sigh when a song with jumps comes on!
