One of the beautiful things about The UnDiet Project is a small group of passionate professionals, each with their personal weight loss story. Rotating their voices each day, they share Fresh Views you seldom hear anywhere else.
Let me introduce you to Tina — an amazing bundle of energy, beauty, and inspiration. I’ve grown to love her human insight, as to why we eat the way we do. And how that can lead to excess weight, eating disorders, or joyful health. It’s all about…well, you’ll just have to experience Tina yourself…with her weekly UnDiet Podcasts and articles.
You see, until you experience The UnDiet Project daily, you haven’t dieted…or more accurately undieted. It’s a whole new way of approaching your weight loss experience…without dieting…stepping outside the usual diet lifestyle.
You’ll connect with Tina a couple times a week with The UnDiet Project.
Meet Tina, one of my favorite persons…
Tina worked on a #1 morning drive radio show in the greater Los Angeles market and was the producer/sidekick for a top music station and its morning show for seven years. She is also a recovered bulimic, spending years working through eating disorder and body distortion issues.
In addition to being a media personality, Tina is a fitness journalist, and a wellness expert with 30 years of combined, award-winning experience.
Despite a successful professional career and a loving, supportive husband, the shame and humiliation from her eating disorder often crippled her with feelings of isolation and deception. These combined with off and on again self-loathing for many, many years. She eventually broke out of what she calls her “food prison,” and began a long journey to healthy eating and body acceptance.
She shares her deep personal and spiritual insight with The UnDiet Project. She also leads our Saturday Serenity Podcasts.
