We love cilantro! I bet this would be good mixed into rice.
Yum! I love cilantro but have never had a vinaigrette made from it before. I can’t wait to try it, thank you so much for sharing!
I have a friend that grows cilantro every year and she always shares. I like it but have not used it a lot of ways. But this vinaigretti is so simple I have to make it. I know a lot of people don’t like it but I have.
Gloria,
Cilantro is a great herb to be used in cooking and fresh as garnishment or a one of the ingredients.
The benefits it brings to your body are multiple.
This herb is a powerhouse for vitamin C (collagen needs it to be formed!), folate, antioxidants and beta-carotene, too!
Protect your skin and cells from oxidative stress every day.
When we neglect this protective process, the results will follow.
I love trying different Vinaigrettes.
I absolutely LOVE cilantro! This like a delicious and healthy dressing. Just pinned and can’t wait to try it out!
Great flavors in this. I used to not like cilantro but now I do.
This is a really easy thing to put together. Thanks so much for the blog post with the recipe. I’m looking forward to trying it.
I love simple recipes! This would be good for summertime.
I love cilantro. I make an orzo dish with cilantro but this spud perfect to add a little texture and flavor.
I am such a cilantro fan that this is a must try recipe for me. I have some cilantro coming up in my herb garden so this will be one way to use it. Just learned that you can keep cilantro much longer if it is stored with the stems in a jar with some water at the bottom. Can’t believe I didn’t know this before.
Wow that vinegrette sounds great! I am definitely going to make this the next time I make a pasta salad!
I did pin this easy 4 ingredient vinaigrette. Being empty nesters lets us try new & different things that we couldn’t try when the kids were here. You had me at garlic! Thanks for sharing what I call good adult food!
This sounds so good. My body could really use a good immune boost. I can’t wait to try this tasty salad. Thank you so much for sharing
Linda,
This one is so easy, and the ingredient proportion is for your first time making only!
I pack my food processor with the bunch of cilantro and add a 1/3 cup of olive oil. Plus, I like to add different seeds like poppy and sesame!
Looks tasty except for the corn. But that’s just me. Has to be on the cob.
It really doesn’t look good to me. Iam a hillbillie so I like country fried.
Donna,
If you do not like freshly prepped dips and salad dressings and wish to go for the store-bought, it’s ok.
We all have our tastes and preferences.
To me, it is one of the best and easiest prepped salad dressings.
But if you do not like fresh veggies and herbs, this one won’t be a good fit for your daily diet.
AJ,
The salad will be of your making! Add those veggies you love!
