Having first-hand experience with lower back pain, I found that seemingly small things can make me figuratively speaking “fly or die” during the day. You see, our body has been developed with natural pain killers called endorphins. When it comes to exercise, my best friend is a set of stretches that make my lower back pain diminish to nothing. I tried a gazillion stretches to bring relief to the lower back pain. Thanks to my thorough research, trial-and-error constant testing of different routines, I managed to create a unique exercise complex that keeps my pain in check and allows me to live my life pain free.
