Menopause is a very unique state of the woman’s body and psyche and is accompanying her for the better part of her life. Premenopausal symptoms can begin their manifestation as early as 30s in a woman’s life. Every woman is a unique organism. The understanding of what’s going on in her body and the measures she needs to take to lead a life of well-being are critical to her health.
Our audience at AM Coffee chats has discussed in many details the pre-menopause and menopause. Every woman is encouraged to learn how these nature-induced conditions or states of being manifest in her body, and how she could empower herself with the knowledge, the facts, and simply being proactive towards her daily well-being.
Hormones Fluctuate During Transition to Menopause
Pre- or peri-menopause is a woman’s transition into menopause, and the menopause lasts for the rest of her life. These time periods refer to the unique continuum that reflects the decline of one of the key hormones in a woman’s body – estrogen. The challenges we women face during each period need to be understood and embraced by every woman. Self-education is the key to that critical knowledge and success in handling pre- and menopause in our lives.
With estrogen fluctuation and eventually its decline, women start experiencing changes in their lives. Belly weight gain, hot flashes, skin changes like dryness and scaling, memory “fog.” To be ahead of the game, do know the symptoms and HOW-TO’s for premenopausal and menopausal symptoms and what to do with them.

The basic self-awareness of your own body and self-education could be a huge game changer in the preparedness of how to recognize and deal with the symptoms of the peri- and menopause. To support our body during a different phase of the menopause, you can actively influence what you eat, how frequently you exercise, and how you feed your mind and emotional health with activities that stimulate them in a positive and strengthening way.
To add a natural supplement to support your individual premenopausal and menopausal symptoms could be a positive force in your life. Always discuss your needs with your health practitioner who could add her pluses and minuses and opinion on different supplementation. And do listen to your body. The more you know, the better you will be off making choices that works for you!
Natural Supplements for Perimenopause and Menopause
Femarelle has developed a natural supplement that is unique in its own way. It addresses the decline of the estrogen in a woman’s body during each stage of going through the menopause: during and after menopause.
Femarelle has an individual supplemental formula based on the symptoms a woman is going through. Please take a look at the chart below with details and symptoms addressed for each stage.
#1 Femarelle Rejuvenate – addresses the beginning symptoms of the pre-menopause like irregular periods, mood swings, changes in skin.
#2 Femarelle Recharge – tackles the symptoms that are typical for the menopause period like hot flashes, headaches, fatigue, lower sex drive.
#3 Femarelle Unstoppable – supports a woman in her late menopause stages with the prevalent symptoms like bone loss, vaginal dryness, joint and muscle aches.
The one important thing that you and I could do for ourselves is to truly understand the uniqueness of our bodies, learn about the menopause and its manifestation during every stage of our lives, and be acute in our response to our unique bodies.
Clinical Studies and Peer-Reviewed Literature
for Natural Menopause Supplement
Femarelle has a very important characteristic – it has been studied and written about and has clinical studies and peer-reviewed literature for references that is so much helpful! We can read more what the studies focused on and educate ourselves with the findings – such an empowering way to address and follow this menopause topic!
Here are more features of Femarelle you need to know about before you make your decision to try this supplement:
- It is Drug FREE
- Estrogen FREE
- Non-GMO Certified
- Kosher
- Halal
Based on Femarelle’s differentiating point of providing a woman with a customized solution for every stage of the menopause, this natural supplement contains ZERO soy isoflavones! With that said, it avoids harsh chemical extraction process that occurs with most supplements that do provide soy isoflavones.
Instead, Femarelle’s proprietary active ingredient is DT56a.
With clinical studies to back it up, DT56a contains 20 amino acids and targets specific tissues based on the symptoms experienced for maximum focused effort and results. While DT56a is derived from soy, Femarelle is free of soy isoflavones.
A Natural Approach to Menopause
Going through the menopause is not fun for many women. But we do have our responsibility to learn about it and be proactive towards the changes our bodies will go through whether we want it or not. Being well-informed about one of the most important parts of our life – the menopause – is critical and crucial in how happy we will be living the better part of our life.
As our bodies change, we are called to adjust our life around it, for it. Your skin care products, for example, should change as you move towards the menopause stage of living. You may notice your sensitivity to products you never had problems with! All these small changes could be overwhelming to deal with.
Explore some of the least known Skin Care Products for Women like Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and Retinoids for healthier, plumper skin. You’ll be surprised what you discover!
However, do know that you are not alone in this journey, and you will find a solution, because you want and need to. When you are “in the know,” it is easier to respond to and implement the needed changes into your happier everyday living.
Menopauase is no joke. But you can and should prepare yourself and your body to live in this stage of your life and thrive. Femarelle could support you in doing so.

I managed to get through menopause pretty easily. I’ll let a friend know about this.
I think it’s wonderful that this is a natural supplement. I don’t believe in taking drugs for pre menopause or menopause symptoms. Would try this out in the future.
I was pretty lucky. I didn’t have much of a problem with menopause or pre-menopause, but I know many women who did. If this can help, great.
Thank you for the ideas, I suffer hot flashes terrible because I can’t take hormone replacement
I like to try them looking good
I could talk about this topic all day. I have been dealing with menopause for several years now. I think I am getting through it and all the symptoms return. The hot flashes are really bad and can be embarrassing.
I will have to keep this product in mind. I am certainly getting at the age I might need it.
If worse comes to worse I’m going to the doctor for an Rx for hormone therapy.
I am not really looking forward to menopause (who does?), however I am so glad that they have products like this to help with the transition! Thank you so much for sharing.
Lauryn,
Products are just one side of the story.
What is really important is to constantly learn and update ourselves with the new findings on this subject as we grow older.
This post is very informative! I definitely need to look into these products. Thank you for sharing this!
sounds interesting for people that need it
Me long past that problem and never had any problems
Interesting, I have not heard of this before. Good to know there are alternatives.
Every time I read about this I want to try it even more. I’ve got to get some, the night sweats are viscous!
I am experiencing a couple of the symptoms now. Great to know there are products to help cope with them.
Wow! These sounds really helpful! 🙂
I’m glad that there’s things like this available!
These sound like wonderful products every woman should check out!
Great advice on being aware of what is going on with our bodies and finding solutions for each of us as individuals. Supplements can certainly be a helpful way to get through some of these changes.
Mia,
Agreed. All supplements need to be checked out before taken on board, for sure.
The ingredients do matter and can leave a powerful footprint on any woman’s health.
I am going to look into Femarelle ReCharge. I wish I had something during perimenopause. I had a really awful time and actually felt like I was going to lose my mind. It is insane that the symptoms are still very much addressed with a suck it up buttercup attitude.
Melissa,
The attitude towards peri- and menopause is not addressed equally well by the majority of doctors. We, women, need to rely on our knowledge, supportive friends, research.
I had a complete hysterectomy at the end of 1999, so I Immediately went into menopause. They lie when they say ohh symptoms only last about a year! They lasted for years, even with a med patch the doc wanted me to use. I stopped using it after researching more on how they can cause cancer etc. They are not as bad now at all, maybe a few times a year for night sweats etc. but now my bone density is really bad, so im a prime candidate for Osteoporosis. so Now I take Vit D prescribed. & Calcium each day. I wonder about this post product?? I am going to look into it for sure.
Sherry,
I am glad we’re sharing more information about natural supplements that can make a difference in women’s lives.
Hugs, GRL!
I started menopause fairly early (in my 40s) and didn’t have that many side effects.
This is excellent Susan.
Your body had a perfect plan for you. Incredible situation many women would love to be in.
Really great info , I thank God I haven’t experienced menopause so far.
Julie,
You are among a few. So glad you’ve been free of all the negative side-effects of menopause.
I am one of those lucky women never had any problems. One month I had my period the next nothing. It was done and over with made me very happy. NO hot flashes nothing. I know this is a major problem for a lot of women my mother is 87 and she still gets hot flashes and so does my sister.
I really would have loved to try Rejuvenate a few years ago. I think it would have helped.
This sounds like a wonderful product. I really like that it is non-hormonal.
WOW I have been searching for something to help me with my premenopausal symptoms! THanks so much for the info; going to get this tomorrow!
Sherry,
Femarelle has 3 different supplements for perimenopause, menopause and menopause maintenance. Great natural supplementation that can fit any stage of a woman’s needs.
This line of products looks well-developed and very promising. Thank you for posting on this topic– I found it to be quite informative, and I’m always glad to see women sharing information with other women in a positive and supportive environment.
Thank you, Ann.
I’ve done a research of this supplement and read up their clinical studies prior to the posting. Not many women know that natural supplementation can save them a lot of negative side-effects they are suffering from.
I would loved to have tried this.menopause was a nightmare.
This product does sound promising..At 52 I do not miss having periods it seems great but the night sweats I have wake me up many times through the night.
I have not heard of Femarelle before but this sounds like something helpful for women. I will definitely give it a try.
Wish I can these amazing products
I didn’t know all of this. Thanks for the info.
I would love to give this a try. Sounds promising! Thanks for telling us about this.
There is nothing worse than experiencing a hot flash while in a conversation with someone important. This has happened quite a few times for me. My first hot-flash was so embarrising.
I am pre-menopausal. I will look into buying femarelle because i keep waking up at night/hot flashes.
This is the first time I have heard of this supplement. It does sound promising.
Jo-Ann,
Yes, it is a fairly recent supplement on the market, but it’s gaining its popularity. They have clinical testing for this option. And I love that it has no chemicals that injure our bodies.
So few women realize that the need for menopausal support continues long after the irritating physical symptoms subside.
Tricia,
You’ve captured it so powerfully.
Yes, we will live in the menopause for the rest of our lives once we hit it. Knowing about what’s going on in the body and why will make a huge difference on what quality of living we’ll embark ourselves on.
its great to know this info on this product it sure will help the transistion of menopause so much easier
Wendy,
A great natural supplement could really be a huge difference to so many women who are suffering from the effects on menopause.
Sounds very interesting. I think this could help a lot of women.
I want to try this it has to be better than the drugs they started me on cause the Drs didn’t believe in anything but prescribed medication! I think I might feel better, thank u for putting this out for us to learn about!
Michele,
You are so welcome, GRL!
I do my own research of anything that I share here.
This supplement attracted my attention due to the clinical studies they’ve done and the mechanism they use inside the supplementation. It was new to me.
I need to try this. I have horrible hot flashes. Thanks for the info!
Karley,
The supplement is available online via their site and through Amazon as well. I have provided the links in my post.
It’s nice to know that there are alternatives to hormone therapy.
Sounds pretty good. No estrogen, that is good. I will pass the info along.
I wish I’d know about this when I was going through menopause.
I would like to try the formulation for 50 years plus. I will read more about DT56a and ask my doctor about it. Thanks for the article.
This is awesome as I cant take the hormone replacement due to history of blood clots. Can’t wait to try this! Thank you!!
Thank you for showing the physical and emotional stages of what we women have to go through as we get older.
I need that now, going thru the change is not always pleasant 🙂
I need to forward onto my mom. I know she’s had a tough time. I still have a ways to go but I’m already dreading it.
This sounds like a product that I may be interested in so I’m definitely going to look into this. Thanks so much for sharing!
My mom will look at this.
this was an informative post. thank you for sharing it with us.
I am approaching premenopause, so it’s nice to know there are treatment options.
I’ve been dealing with hot flashes and it can be brutal. The only thing I’ve tried so far that helps is I drink a glass of soy milk with dinner & it does help with my hot flashes. I’m definitely going to give this a try, sounds like this could be great!
The hot flashes and fatigue aren’t crazy for me, but they have begun. It’s nice to have a natural option!
I’m definitely going to mention this to my mom! She’s been having some issues that she thinks might be postmenopausal, but she doesn’t like to take medications. I think she would probably give this a try to ease some of the symptoms she’s been experiencing. I definitely don’t look forward to menopause!!
Never heard of this but it is awesome and I will try it.
Knowledge is power and I wonder if this is taught in school? All this is important to a woman. Every woman is different. There is no set time on when your body decides to change. I had an emergency hysterectomy in my early 40’s. I was put on a hormone regimen with a pamphlet on symptoms, etc. I really was not ready to be thrown into it like that! I would have taken this natural supplement!! It sounds like it might have helped me better! Thank you for sharing!
I have never heard of these products. I am SO going to try the Unstoppable. This sounds perfect. Thanks for the share.
I’m only 38 years old, but I”m going with through prementopause since i got my tubes tide. I could us this
This is exactly what I need as I’m going through my 7th year of menopause. The hot flashes are my main concern. The mood swings not so much. Thanks for posting this!
Femarelle sounds like something all premenopausal women should know about!! I like that it is non-hormonal
I wish I had been aware of some of the perimenopausal changes like dry skin. My normally oily skin became flaky and I didn’t know how to handle it. I probably could have used the first option.
Wow, I did not know about a lot of these symptoms.
I consider myself pretty lucky. My perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms were fairly mild. But I would speak with my GYN about these products. Thanks!
I had to have an emergency hysterectomy, so I was thrown right into menopause. It wasn’t really all that bad. All of this info would have been really helpful though!!
These look like a good naturally based alternative to drug therapies which can have so many negative effects.
My cousin could use this information.
This is great! An alternative treatment to prescription hormone replacement therapy is definitely needed! Thanks for sharing:)
Thanks for all the info.
I could be benefiting from this product now! Hot flashes were the worst in my 50s.
Never had menopause because I had a hysterectomy.
Looks like a helpful product to combat those symptoms.
Really wanna try this!
I’m past peri-menopause, can I still use these? I still have all the symptoms. Seems like great product!
Judith,
Yes, you sure can try these supplements!
Go by the symptoms and choose the one Femarelle that addresses them.
All of these supplements are non-GMO and hormone FREE!
Go to their site and navigate through the choice of symptoms you have. They will tell you what is the optimal solution for you based on what you tell.
Wish I had these products when I went through menopause. Now that I’m done (WOO HOO), I still have sleep issues. I still could use the Recharge!
Sounds like a great product!
These sound like great products and I love that they are a natural supplement and have different formulas to address different stages.
I’m only 37 years old, but it is nice to know this product is available for when I have premenopausal symptoms. I love that they are on-hormonal.
Like to give them a try getting along in age
I love that this product is drug and estrogen free!
I love that this supplement is natural! I have heard premenopausal symptoms are not fun.
These sound like great and safe products. I could really use some of these. Thank you so much for sharing. God Bless
These products sound great. I wish I would have known about these ten years ago. I will be checking these out. Thank you so much for sharing these products. God Bless
I think that I’m in menopause because I have all those things happening to me right now. My doctor keep saying I’m only 54 and to young for this to happen. But, he’s wrong. Thanks for sharing this helpful information.
My MALE doctor told me I wasn’t in enough pain yet. How would he know? I went to a female doctor and she asked when I wanted to operate. Turned out my uterus had collapsed onto my bladder. I was 50. Get a second opinion.
I think these sound like terrific products and the fact that they are estrogen free is a huge plus.
Thanks for breaking the info down and putting it out there. And it is nice to know of all natural products that have a shot at helping some women. I have heard that the hormone rx that the doctor can write are the most helpful per quite a few of my friends. Just saying.
I’m long past needing any of these. Thanks for the info.
I am approaching 40 and am always interested in premenopausal products for the future. These products look pretty great. Thank you for sharing with us.
These products sound absolutely amazing! I am premenopausal and have been fearful of buying a product to take because I’ve heard so many negative and confusing information about them. But this sounds like a product I’d feel totally comfortable and safe taking. Thank you for sharing this great information!
Good to know this products, great to learn something special from this posting.
Good to know that there are products like this available.
I need this. I am in my 60’s. So I could use this.
Im very interested in learning more and trying it as I have many of the symptoms.
That’s cool that there are three different options to choose from. I also like that it is non-GMO certified.
I have just started menopause, so this info is great to know! Thanks!😃😃
