I would love to try their cinnamon pickles. I have been making them for about 5 years now. My uncle made them for years before that. I got the recipe from him the year he passed away. That was before he was able to help me. They are like eating cinnamon candies.

At Hillside they make all of their jellies in small pots to insure high quality. They also use pure cane sugar instead of corn syrup.
