I am already hearing a pressing loud voice from my friends and people I am friends with in my blogging community that New Year’s Resolutions are coming. Guess what’s on the list for the majority? You guessed it correctly – Weight Loss.
People are tired of dieting. Tired of buying expensive foods. Exhausted from a successfully losing weight then gaining it all, plus some, back.
How many times have you seen someone going through this debilitating tunnel? I have seen it a thousand times.
It’s not about losing weight per se. Anybody can lose weight. That is why ALL diets work! You lose weight when you are on them!
The dilemma is stuck somewhere in this area: How Could I Successfully Maintain My Weight After I’ve Successfully Shed It?
I am excited to discover and learn about an UnDieting process of doing things.
Maybe the next time we want to try to lose weight we ought to look into the #CoreUnDiet.
What is Your Story for the past year and your thoughts for the New 2015 when it comes to Health, Weight, and Happiness?

I am really bad at making resolutions. I just need to set goals when there is something I want to do.
This has been my best year yet and I am hoping that I stay on track for the next year!
I’m on a new health plan that is teaching me how to eat right. By changing habits it can be done!! Good luck!
my everyday resolution is to lose weight. one day i will really do it.
I have successfully lost, then rediscovered weight many times. Gearing up for a lifestyle overhaul come January. I am going to have to look into this.
Definitely checking this out! I’m great at losing, not so great at keeping it off.
i do better with regimented diets, otherwise i stray and stray….
I lost about 20 pounds last year but of coarse since Thanksgiving I have added 10 back on. I always do this time of year. Then when it is close to spring I lose weight.
This is good timing to read this. I’m all about improving my health in the new year.
Great work! I do believe that a lifestyle change is what it takes to make it a success .
I wish I had the energy to run a 5K. I did do the Color Run this year but I walked fast and it wasn’t timed.
Lol… now this is preaching to the choir. I’ve been telling people that diets are counterproductive for years. Life purpose is definitely where it all begins. And many people don’t realize how much easier it is to lose weight when they cut meat, fish, dairy, and eggs out of their diet.
I love this, I did my first 5k last year it felt good! I’m going to incorporate more in 2015!
Will look more into this program. Thanks for sharing!
I have decided not to set myself any new year goals as when i fail i beat myself down quite bad so I am cool without but i am happy to come up with strategy to maintain my weight
I guess when it comes to losing weight consistency is really important. I’ve been running for four years and there are still times that I still gain weight.
I plan on trying to get healthier. I don’t plan on exercising a ton but I do want to do some light yoga.
This sounds so awesome, I am very tired of doing many different diets!
How awesome!!! 5k can be really fun when doing it with friends or family 🙂
I guess we’re all tired of dieting and getting no where. When is someone going to invent something where we can all look like we want to look. LOL
I am certainly tired of dieting and getting nowhere. Maybe I should look into this!
I believe it is all about balance and living a healthy lifestyle. Not making anything off limits but then also not going over board. It is also important to be active. I really enjoy running!
I believe it’s never too late to turn over a new leaf, and try to be your best self. That’s what New Year’s Resolutions are all about!
Great job!!! You ladies rock!
I would really keep an eye on the foods that I will eat this 2015! Aiming for a healthier lifestyle!
I never do well when I have to follow something too regimented. I can cut down but not eliminate things.
I wish I could run 5K. I need to set new fitness goals for myself for the New Year, I’ve really been slacking lately.
I try to do alot of exercising and eating healthy. I have pretty much eliminated sugar except for the sweet tea. I can’t seem to give that up so I cut out all of the rest of the sweets to get to enjoy this one. I want to exercise more in 2015.
I usually workout and eat healthy, although I have slipped a little since Thanksgiving. Back on track in January.
