    I just google what I want to cook. Now days, you can find everything you ever needed on the internet. I have one little binder with a few heirloom recipes that I have not found, yet, on internet. I use them to enter recipe contests. Soon, they will be all on the web, too.

    I have my grandmother’s old notebooks with everything handwritten in it from her and her mother. I’ve added my own favorites but I still don’t know how to preserve it all for my daughter. I love seeing my grandmother’s handwriting in the notebooks but they won’t last forever like that.

      This is so awesome you have a generation-led cookbook at your finger tips!
      Try to Photocopy it and preserve in the electronic format for your daughter to see what her grandma used to write in her recipe book!

  156. I vary where I do shopping depending on where is the cheapest place. Unfortunately we don’t have a walmart for about an hour and a half, so its usually a lesser known store. Never forget the dollar store has awesome finds!

Walmart tends to end up costing the same or more for their clothes and so I shop around and get the best deals I can find. That is what I have to do as a single parent of 3. lol

    I do my school shopping where and when I can. I am an unschooling mom to two teens. This year we still need to do more shopping. I’ve managed to pick up the Spanish lessons and the French lessons so far. Teaching the kids two languages, possibly 3, if I can find more books on American Sign Language. This would be helpful.
