Even more effective is to eat only high-quality, lean protein and organic green vegetables at your last meal of the day.

Examples include:
• A piece of free-range turkey breast with asparagus
• A free-range hamburger and some lightly steamed broccoli
• 3 Organic egg whites and 1 whole egg and a mix of green beans and zucchini

A meal like this will not spike your blood sugar or leave you craving more sugar or food
