Simple Slimming Secret #2: Eat Smaller, More Frequent Meals

To keep your metabolism up all day long and to prevent overeating eat every 3 to 3-1/2 hours or so.

Aim to consume between 5-7 mini-meals throughout the day each consisting of a balance of high-quality lean protein, a low sugar, low starch carbohydrate and a small amount of a good, natural fat. An example would be a piece of organic chicken breast, 1 cup of organic cauliflower (lightly steamed) and a sprinkling of organic Parmesan

Eat Small Portions More Frequently

By eating mini-meals throughout the day, you will actually eat less than if you eat 2 or 3 large meals a day.

How many people do you know who skip breakfast and basically starve themselves all day so by the time dinner comes they are famished and then proceed to eat 1/2 the contents of the entire fridge? That is not a good plan!

Research shows people who do this kind of thing actually end up eating 27% more food than those who eat the mini-meals.

Also keep in mind that eating more frequently will prevent the yucky mood swings that come from low blood sugar. So you’ll just be a nicer person to be around!
